Easter and beyond :)

My Mama came and visited us here in Oroville two weeks ago. We stayed with her in a hotel and then wandered around the town. We found 5 or 6 thrift stores and a bunch of boutiques and cafes. This town is great!! I really like it here.

We went to aunt Lisa’s house for Easter. Wallace got to hunt eggs in his suit! I got to feel Jess' baby:) she is 14 weeks along and her baby is the size of a peach!

I got to go to the sunrise Easter service in Winters. It was so good to see some of my church family. It felt good to worship the lord! I found my church here in Oroville!!! It gives me a mother’s group and lots of little ones that Wallace can play with. On Saturday they are having a women’s group about stress and anxiety. I need to ask Whitney and Tiffany if they can join me.

Wallace is working on his 5th tooth!!!!

We went down to Yolo County for Dylan’s Dr. appointment and it went well. Dylan's leg is showing growth!!!

We visited my dear friend Jessica after Dylan’s appointment. Wallace and her boys played for about two hrs. Her youngest son Rossco is one month to the day younger than Wallace and they were born in the same room! Her boy is walking and has six teeth. We had lunch and her oldest Son Otto preformed puppet shows out of the dryer. We all sat in the laundry room and watched him. He is in kindergarten.  It was wonderful! Her man Jacob was in and out and he had lunch with all of us. He and Dylan got along really well.

We stayed with Dylan’s parents wall we were down for 4 days. I'm so glad that we stayed as long as we did! We got to spend time with everyone!

We went over to Valley Springs and visited Starla and my siblings. We got to see everyone and get a load of our things.

My studio is coming together. I need a door to make a big table out of. I need to lay out my cutting mat and get to work. I have curtains to make. And I need to practice handles and snaps.

Tomorrow Mel and I will go over where I can and what I can. Hopefully I can get my pegboards up and start putting my tools away.

Wallace took his first unassisted step and promptly fell hitting his face on the windowsill. Poor boy! He cried for an hour.

Dylan has done more remodeling to our house. He took out the stove and is building me an outdoor kitchen. He put the refrigerator where the stove was and built more counter on top of it.  He took out the driver and passenger seats and built a couch on top of where they were. So now we have a new big closet with shelves, an “L” shaped couch and more counter space. I love my handy Husband!!!

We had a amazing visit for Easter and we got to see lots of Family and friends but all in all it is good to be home!
